Şile and Ağva

Şile and Ağva are two small towns on the Black Sea coast north-east of Istanbul. Ağva sits between two rivers in the forest, and Şile is known for its beaches and its old lighthouse. Visit a hidden lake, take a boat along the river, have lunch on its bank, ride through the countryside on a safari and finish on the Black Sea beach.

Good to know

• The Black Sea can have strong waves: swim only where it is allowed.
