Trekkati is operated by Trekkati Tourism, Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye. We arrange private yacht charters on the Bosphorus. For any question about your data, write to info@trekkati.com or message us on WhatsApp at +90 535 018 71 87.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• الحجز details: your name, WhatsApp number, email, the yacht, date, time, number of guests, occasion, extras and any notes you write.
• بيانات الحساب (only if you create an account): your name, email, a securely hashed password, and anything you add to your profile, such as your country, birthday, wedding anniversary and saved yachts.
• تسجيل الدخول عبر Google (only if you choose “Continue with Google”): your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. See بيانات مستخدمي Google below.
• Card payments: processed by a certified (PCI DSS) payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the payment reference and amount.
• Technical data: your IP address (to prevent abuse and fraud) and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. Your saved yachts and sign-in status are also remembered in your browser’s local storage.
• How you found us: When you book, we note where you came from (for example Google, Instagram or ChatGPT), so we know which channels our guests use. We also count visits per channel, without cookies and without anything that identifies you. Unless you accept cookies, the source is only kept until you close the page.

بيانات مستخدمي Google («المتابعة باستخدام Google»)

يمكنك إنشاء حساب في Trekkati أو تسجيل الدخول باستخدام حسابك في Google. يوضّح هذا القسم بدقة كيفية تعاملنا مع البيانات التي نتلقاها من Google.

• Data we access: only your basic Google profile, through the openid, email and profile permissions: your name, your email address (and whether Google has verified it), your profile picture and your Google account ID. We do not ask for or access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google data, and we never see your Google password.
• How we use it: only to create your Trekkati account and sign you in, to show your name and picture in the site header and in your account, to fill in your name and email on your bookings, and to send you the service emails about your bookings and account described above. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
• المشاركة: we do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. It is not transferred to third parties, except to our hosting provider (Bluehost), which stores it for us, to Brevo only to deliver the emails you ask for or that your bookings need, or when the law requires it.
• Storage and protection: the data is stored in our database, over HTTPS, and only our team can access it.
• Keeping and deleting it: we keep it while your account exists. When you delete your account (My account → Security → Delete account), your name, email, picture and Google account ID are deleted from our account records straight away. You can also email info@trekkati.com to ask for deletion, and you can remove Trekkati’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Trekkati’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the سياسة بيانات المستخدمين لخدمات Google API, including the Limited Use requirements.

كيف نستخدمها

• لاستلام حجزك وتأكيده وتنفيذه، وللتواصل معك بشأنه عبر WhatsApp أو البريد الإلكتروني.
• لإرسال رسائل الخدمة: تأكيدات الحجز، وتذكير قبل رحلتك، وإشعارات الإلغاء، وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور، والتنبيهات الأمنية.
• بعد رحلتك، لنطلب منك تقييمًا.
• فقط إذا وافقت على ذلك في حسابك: العروض، وتذكير قبل عيد ميلادك أو ذكرى زواجك. ويمكنك إيقاف ذلك في أي وقت من ملفك الشخصي.
• للاحتفاظ بسجلاتنا لأغراض المحاسبة والالتزامات القانونية، ولحماية الموقع من إساءة الاستخدام.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لإنشاء ملفات تعريف إعلانية.

• Our payment provider (PCI DSS certified): to process card payments.
• Brevo: to send our emails.
• Google: for “Continue with Google”, and to store our internal booking sheet.

يستضيف Bluehost موقعنا الإلكتروني وقاعدة بياناتنا. وقد يعالج بعض هؤلاء المزوّدين البيانات خارج تركيا وفق ضمانات حماية البيانات الخاصة بهم.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتحليلات

تُبقيك ملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية والتخزين المحلي في متصفحك مسجّلًا، وتتذكّر لغتك وعملتك واليخوت التي حفظتها، وتتيح لك الدفع بأمان. وهي مفعّلة دائمًا، لأن الموقع لا يعمل بدونها.

وبإذنك نستخدم أيضًا ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بالتحليلات والتسويق، مثل تلك التابعة لـ Google وMeta، لفهم كيفية استخدام الزوار لموقعنا ولعرض العروض التي تناسبك على مواقع أخرى. ولا يُحمَّل أيّ نوع منها إلا إذا سمحت به: اضغط «قبول الكل»، أو فعّل «تحليلية» أو «تسويقية» من «اختيار». وإذا رفضتها، يعمل الموقع كما هو تمامًا.

مدة احتفاظنا بها

نحتفظ بحسابك إلى أن تحذفه. وتُحفظ سجلات الحجز والدفع للمدة التي يقتضيها قانون المحاسبة والضرائب، حتى لو حذفت حسابك. أما سجلات البريد الإلكتروني وسجلات الأمان فتُحفظ لمدة محدودة ثم تُحذف.

حقوقك

You can see and correct your details in حسابي, and delete your account yourself under الأمان. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@trekkati.com. These rights apply under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

الأمان

يستخدم موقعنا بروتوكول HTTPS. تُخزَّن كلمات المرور على هيئة قيم تجزئة آمنة فقط، وتنتهي صلاحية الروابط المرسلة بالبريد الإلكتروني. ويقتصر الوصول إلى بيانات الحجز على فريقنا.

الأطفال

الحسابات مخصّصة للبالغين. ويمكن للضيوف دون سن 18 عامًا الانضمام إلى رحلة يحجزها شخص بالغ.

إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة، فسنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى هذه الصفحة.
