Chi siamo

Trekkati is operated by Trekkati Tourism, Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye. We arrange private yacht charters on the Bosphorus. For any question about your data, write to info@trekkati.com or message us on WhatsApp at +90 535 018 71 87.

Quali dati raccogliamo

• Prenotazione details: your name, WhatsApp number, email, the yacht, date, time, number of guests, occasion, extras and any notes you write.
• Dati dell'account (only if you create an account): your name, email, a securely hashed password, and anything you add to your profile, such as your country, birthday, wedding anniversary and saved yachts.
• Accesso con Google (only if you choose “Continue with Google”): your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. See Dati utente di Google below.
• Card payments: processed by a certified (PCI DSS) payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the payment reference and amount.
• Technical data: your IP address (to prevent abuse and fraud) and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. Your saved yachts and sign-in status are also remembered in your browser’s local storage.
• How you found us: When you book, we note where you came from (for example Google, Instagram or ChatGPT), so we know which channels our guests use. We also count visits per channel, without cookies and without anything that identifies you. Unless you accept cookies, the source is only kept until you close the page.

Dati utente di Google (“Continua con Google”)

Lei può creare un account Trekkati o accedere con il suo account Google. Questa sezione spiega esattamente come trattiamo i dati che riceviamo da Google.

• Data we access: only your basic Google profile, through the openid, email and profile permissions: your name, your email address (and whether Google has verified it), your profile picture and your Google account ID. We do not ask for or access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google data, and we never see your Google password.
• How we use it: only to create your Trekkati account and sign you in, to show your name and picture in the site header and in your account, to fill in your name and email on your bookings, and to send you the service emails about your bookings and account described above. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
• Condivisione: we do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. It is not transferred to third parties, except to our hosting provider (Bluehost), which stores it for us, to Brevo only to deliver the emails you ask for or that your bookings need, or when the law requires it.
• Storage and protection: the data is stored in our database, over HTTPS, and only our team can access it.
• Keeping and deleting it: we keep it while your account exists. When you delete your account (My account → Security → Delete account), your name, email, picture and Google account ID are deleted from our account records straight away. You can also email info@trekkati.com to ask for deletion, and you can remove Trekkati’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Trekkati’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Norme relative ai dati utente dei servizi API di Google, including the Limited Use requirements.

Come li utilizziamo

• Per ricevere, confermare e gestire la sua prenotazione, e per contattarla al riguardo su WhatsApp o via email.
• Per inviare email di servizio: conferme di prenotazione, un promemoria prima del suo viaggio, cancellazioni, reimpostazioni della password e avvisi di sicurezza.
• Dopo il suo viaggio, per chiederle una recensione.
• Solo se lei acconsente nel suo account: offerte e un promemoria prima del suo compleanno o anniversario. Può disattivare questa opzione in qualsiasi momento dal suo profilo.
• Per conservare la nostra documentazione ai fini degli obblighi contabili e legali, e per proteggere il sito da usi impropri.

Non vendiamo i suoi dati personali e non li utilizziamo per profili pubblicitari.

Con chi li condividiamo

• Our payment provider (PCI DSS certified): to process card payments.
• Brevo: to send our emails.
• Google: for “Continue with Google”, and to store our internal booking sheet.
• Operatori degli yacht e il nostro equipaggio: only the details needed to run your trip (name, phone, date, time, guests and requests).
• Autorità: when the law requires it.

Il nostro sito web e il nostro database sono ospitati da Bluehost. Alcuni di questi fornitori possono trattare i dati al di fuori della Turchia, nel rispetto delle proprie garanzie di protezione dei dati.

Cookie e analisi

Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

Conserviamo il suo account finché lei non lo elimina. I dati relativi a prenotazioni e pagamenti sono conservati per il tempo richiesto dalla normativa contabile e fiscale, anche se lei elimina il suo account. I registri delle email e i registri di sicurezza sono conservati per un periodo limitato e poi rimossi.

You can also ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@trekkati.com. These rights apply under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

Sicurezza

Il nostro sito utilizza HTTPS. Le password sono conservate solo sotto forma di hash sicuri e i link inviati via email hanno una scadenza. L'accesso ai dati delle prenotazioni è limitato al nostro team.

Bambini

Gli account sono riservati agli adulti. Gli ospiti di età inferiore ai 18 anni possono partecipare a un viaggio prenotato da un adulto.
