Кто мы

Trekkati is operated by Trekkati Tourism, Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye. We arrange private yacht charters on the Bosphorus. For any question about your data, write to info@trekkati.com or message us on WhatsApp at +90 535 018 71 87.

Какие данные мы собираем

• Бронирование details: your name, WhatsApp number, email, the yacht, date, time, number of guests, occasion, extras and any notes you write.
• Данные аккаунта (only if you create an account): your name, email, a securely hashed password, and anything you add to your profile, such as your country, birthday, wedding anniversary and saved yachts.
• Вход через Google (only if you choose “Continue with Google”): your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. See Данные пользователей Google below.
• Card payments: processed by a certified (PCI DSS) payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the payment reference and amount.
• Technical data: your IP address (to prevent abuse and fraud) and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. Your saved yachts and sign-in status are also remembered in your browser’s local storage.
• How you found us: When you book, we note where you came from (for example Google, Instagram or ChatGPT), so we know which channels our guests use. We also count visits per channel, without cookies and without anything that identifies you. Unless you accept cookies, the source is only kept until you close the page.

• Data we access: only your basic Google profile, through the openid, email and profile permissions: your name, your email address (and whether Google has verified it), your profile picture and your Google account ID. We do not ask for or access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google data, and we never see your Google password.
• How we use it: only to create your Trekkati account and sign you in, to show your name and picture in the site header and in your account, to fill in your name and email on your bookings, and to send you the service emails about your bookings and account described above. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
• Передача данных: we do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. It is not transferred to third parties, except to our hosting provider (Bluehost), which stores it for us, to Brevo only to deliver the emails you ask for or that your bookings need, or when the law requires it.
• Storage and protection: the data is stored in our database, over HTTPS, and only our team can access it.
• Keeping and deleting it: we keep it while your account exists. When you delete your account (My account → Security → Delete account), your name, email, picture and Google account ID are deleted from our account records straight away. You can also email info@trekkati.com to ask for deletion, and you can remove Trekkati’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Trekkati’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Политика в отношении пользовательских данных сервисов Google API, including the Limited Use requirements.

Как мы используем данные

• Чтобы отправлять служебные письма: подтверждения бронирования, напоминание перед поездкой, уведомления об отмене, письма для сброса пароля и уведомления безопасности.
• После поездки — чтобы попросить вас оставить отзыв.
• Только если вы дали согласие в своём аккаунте: предложения и напоминание перед днём рождения или годовщиной. Вы можете отключить это в любой момент в профиле.
• Чтобы вести учёт для бухгалтерских целей и исполнения юридических обязанностей, а также защищать сайт от злоупотреблений.

Мы не продаём ваши персональные данные и не используем их для создания рекламных профилей.

С кем мы делимся данными

• Our payment provider (PCI DSS certified): to process card payments.
• Brevo: to send our emails.
• Google: for “Continue with Google”, and to store our internal booking sheet.
• Операторы яхт и наш экипаж: only the details needed to run your trip (name, phone, date, time, guests and requests).
• Государственные органы: when the law requires it.

Наш сайт и база данных размещены на Bluehost. Некоторые из этих поставщиков могут обрабатывать данные за пределами Турции, применяя собственные меры защиты данных.

Cookie и аналитика

Необходимые cookie и локальное хранилище браузера сохраняют вход в аккаунт, запоминают ваш язык, валюту и сохранённые яхты и позволяют безопасно платить. Они всегда включены, потому что без них сайт не работает.

С вашего разрешения мы также используем аналитические и маркетинговые cookie, например от Google и Meta, чтобы понимать, как посетители пользуются сайтом, и показывать вам подходящие предложения на других сайтах. Каждый вид загружается только с вашего разрешения: нажмите «Принять все» или включите «Аналитические» либо «Маркетинговые» в разделе «Выбрать». Если вы откажетесь, сайт будет работать точно так же.

Как долго мы храним данные

Мы храним ваш аккаунт, пока вы его не удалите. Записи о бронированиях и платежах хранятся столько, сколько требует бухгалтерское и налоговое законодательство, даже если вы удалите аккаунт. Журналы отправки писем и журналы безопасности хранятся ограниченное время, после чего удаляются.

Ваши права

You can see and correct your details in Мой аккаунт, and delete your account yourself under Безопасность. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@trekkati.com. These rights apply under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

Безопасность

Наш сайт использует HTTPS. Пароли хранятся только в виде защищённых хешей, а срок действия ссылок, отправленных по эл. почте, ограничен. Доступ к данным бронирований есть только у нашей команды.

Дети

Аккаунты предназначены для совершеннолетних. Гости младше 18 лет могут участвовать в поездке, забронированной взрослым.

Если мы изменим эту политику, мы обновим дату в верхней части этой страницы.
